TERMS OF SALE
At Nadeau, we aim to offer you excellent products at competitive prices. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. Below are our policies to help ensure a smooth experience.
PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment is required before we release your merchandise to you or your chosen delivery service.
TAXES
Eligible resellers must provide a copy of their State Resale License and complete a Tax Exemption Form at purchase, indicating that the furniture is for resale.
GIFT CARDS
Treat Gift Cards as cash. Gift Cards are non-returnable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Gift Cards do not expire. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced. Gift Cards are redeemable at any Nadeau location within the US.
DELIVERY
Delivery options are available for our customers at an additional fee. Nadeau partners with reliable third-party delivery services and can recommend and arrange delivery. While we strive to assist in coordinating delivery, please be aware that any transaction is between the customer and the delivery company. In the unlikely event of any damage or delays, these issues must be handled directly with the delivery company. Nadeau does not provide packing materials or hold-downs and is not responsible for any damage during loading. Nadeau staff may be available to assist but assume no responsibility or liability.
STORAGE
We understand that picking up your purchase might sometimes be delayed. However, please note that merchandise not picked up within 7 calendar days will be restocked. In such cases, a store credit will be issued for the amount of the purchase.
RECEIPTS
A paid receipt is required for the pick-up or delivery of items. Nadeau is not responsible for lost or stolen receipts.
FINAL SALES POLICY
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. This means we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, returns, exchanges, or credits, except as detailed in the DAMAGES / DEFECTS section below.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Nadeau is committed to the quality of our products. If any defects are discovered, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. While we do not offer formal warranties on merchandise, we stand behind our products and are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. Please inspect your merchandise thoroughly upon receipt. Claims for visible damage must be made at that time, as adjustments cannot be made afterward.
DAMAGE / DEFECTS
Please inspect all merchandise before leaving the store and notify us immediately of any damage. Factory-defective items are eligible for exchange. We are not responsible for damages caused by the customer or their delivery service. Any delivery for returned merchandise is at the customer's expense. The customer is responsible for costs associated with rejected or partially rejected deliveries.
COLOR / FINISH / DIMENSIONS
Due to the unique nature of some products, variations in color, finish, grain, fabric, and dye may occur. These variations add to the natural beauty and are not considered defects. Continuous exposure to light and temperature changes may affect the wear of the merchandise.
SIZE LIMITATIONS
Please ensure that your merchandise will fit into your desired space, considering stairwells, doorways, elevators, and vehicles. We cannot accept returns for items that do not fit.
STORE CREDIT
Store credits expire one year from the date of issuance.
ENFORCEMENT
Should Nadeau need to enforce these terms, the customer will be responsible for reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs. The merchandise title remains with Nadeau until full payment is received. A $25 fee will be charged for returned or stopped payment checks, and all remaining amounts must be paid in cash or by cashier’s check.
FINAL APPROVAL
All sales orders are subject to final approval and acceptance by Nadeau’s management.
