Where are Nadeau products made? Nadeau furniture is crafted in India, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand using skills passed down through generations of master artisans. We partner with many different suppliers to bring our customers an ever-changing selection of unique, high-quality products.
LABOR PRACTICES
What are the labor practices of the suppliers that Nadeau sources from? Nadeau is proud to only partner with suppliers that adhere to local and international labor laws. Our suppliers operate with integrity, employing generations of families involved in all aspects of their business. Employees receive living wages, healthcare, family tuition assistance, scholarships for educational expenses, and even expenses for family events such as weddings or holiday celebrations.
SUSTAINABILITY
Are Nadeau products sustainably sourced? Nadeau imports products from reputable suppliers that follow all local laws that pertain to the sourcing of raw materials. Our suppliers pride themselves on having the smallest ecological footprint possible by sourcing wood and natural materials from government-regulated markets and by using reclaimed materials whenever possible.

What materials and wood types are Nadeau products made from? Nadeau furniture is crafted using a variety of materials including Mango, Acacia, Sheesham, Teak, Mahogany, Suar wood, Pine, and Reclaimed Pine. Other materials used include Marble, Metal, Glass, Polyester Fabrics, Cotton, Wool, Leathers, and Cane.
FINISHES
Are the finishes used on Nadeau furniture non-toxic? All products imported by Nadeau meet or exceed EPA requirements for US import. We also meet USDA APHIS sanitation requirements for solid wood furniture.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
What are the best products and methods for cleaning and maintaining Nadeau furniture? Nadeau products are crafted from various hardwoods, metals, and glass, with finishes such as poly, lacquer, acrylic, wax, or painted surfaces. Please contact your local Nadeau for the best product recommendations for maintaining your pieces.
REPLACEMENT PARTS
Can replacement furniture parts be ordered? Nadeau furniture is artisan-crafted in small batches, making parts slightly unique in shape and size. At this time, replacement parts are not available, but your local Nadeau can assist you with finding suitable replacements.
OUTDOOR USE
Can Nadeau furniture be used outdoors? Nadeau furniture is intended for indoor use only. Some products may be suitable for covered outdoor settings, but no warranty or guarantee is provided for such use.
REPAIRS
Is Nadeau able to repair my damaged furniture? Nadeau reviews damaged products on a case-by-case basis. Please contact your local Nadeau for assistance.
WARRANTY
Do you provide a warranty with your products? Nadeau products do not come with a warranty. Small imperfections, blemishes, minor cracks, or splits are part of the unique characteristics of our products.
CUSTOMIZATION
Can Nadeau furniture be customized or refinished? Nadeau does not offer customization or refinishing services at this time. Our selection of products changes regularly, offering a variety of styles and finishes.
ASSEMBLY
Who do I contact if I need help assembling my furniture? Most Nadeau furniture arrives fully assembled. However, some items may require minor assembly, such as attaching legs. For assistance, please contact your local Nadeau.
LEVELING ISSUES
My piece of furniture is not level at my house. How do I fix this issue? Minor irregularities in solid wood products can occasionally affect leveling. Please contact your local Nadeau for suggestions.

Does Nadeau offer delivery? Nadeau partners with reliable third-party delivery services. Delivery costs are at the customer’s expense.
RETURN POLICY
What is the return/exchange policy? All sales are final, but defective items are eligible for exchange. Please contact your local Nadeau for assistance.

Can I purchase a gift card online? Yes, Nadeau gift cards are available online and can be redeemed at any Nadeau location.
